Willinga Park Administration Buildings

In the admin areas of Willinga park Southpac installed some stunning feature walls, specialty acoustic ceilings and a beautiful corridor with a series of skylights. Products used include Armstrong Mesh specialty accoustic grid ceiling and Sculptform hardwood acoustic ceilings and specialty leather wall partitions.

Willinga Park Round Yard

The 18 m diameter Round Yard is an amphitheatre style yard located in the Grand Prix Arena area. Designed to look spectacular, it is lined in curved blackbutt panelling, installed by Southpac. The vet surgery is located nearby. Southpac framed and finished this area with specialty plaster work and beautiful curved blackbutt panelling.

Willinga Park Building B and Premier Stables

Building B faces onto the Grand Prix arena, which includes the premier stables and vet facilities. Southpac completed all the stunning hardwood finishes and fit outs in Building B including the magnificent ceiling and installing column lay ups to steel columns. The premier stables involved steel framing and linings, the installation of bamboo composite panelling plus fit-outs and finishes.

Willinga Park Event Stables

Willinga Park features 200 event stables in total. This main structure, housing 160 stables, is near the covered arena. Southpac assembled all the steel framing, finished the walls in ModWood composite infills and completed the fit-out of the individual stables.

The rider’s amenities at Willinga Park are fitting for Australia’s premier equine facilities. Southpac have worked with the Willinga Park owners and construction management for over 10 years providing our skilled trades to complete a number of jobs on the site. The rider’s amenities include a pool, BBQ area and amenities.

Willinga Park Covered Arena and VIP Area

Willinga Park’s covered arena is a world class facility used for a range equine disciplines. The area features a large spanned roof with timber panelling, two VIP boxes and various amenities.
