Registered NDIS Provider
Southpac Home Improvement is a registered NDIS Provider. We can work with you, your therapists and caregivers to give you added independence and confidence in your home environment. We can carry out modifications to an existing home or create a bespoke solution for a new build. Our services include access and mobility modifications, kitchen and bathrooms modifications, external mobility and landscaping as well as more complex and specialised disability accommodation.
Commercial Refurbs
Our projects include refurbs of lodges, hotels, restaurants and bars. Our team of trades and services, built up over 30 years, are experts in commercial renovations and alterations including bathroom strip and re-fit, shop fit-outs, commercial kitchens, disabled bathrooms to code and more.
Reliable, efficient and experienced trades for well managed jobs that come in on time and on budget. Experienced plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterers … all trades project managed by our principal builder team.
Façade Work
Complex external façade work for commercial projects. All our trades are trained and capable of working at height, in hazardous environments and in confined spaces. With years of experience in internal and external façade application in many different formats, we are up to the job.
Suspended Ceilings
Specialists in suspended ceilings, specialty grid systems and acoustic feature products. All installed to manufacturer’s specifications and architect’s design intent.
Fine Timber Detail Work
Specialty architectural finishes installed. Acoustic ceiling systems and detail cabinetry installations in conjunction with our joinery partners.
Steel and Timber Framing
Partition framing, frames for structural and internal partitioning in steel or timber. Specialising in steel frame internal work and commercial applications, with an in-house insulation installing service. Precision with pre sheet details, supplying accurate photo file of frames to the principal builder pre sheet works.
Plasterer Works
Our in-house plasterers are experienced trades proficient in the latest architectural products, processes and tech. Specialising in custom build plasterboard profiles and highly proficient in providing quality, high end finishes installed to code.
